It was not a simple business; it was a dream shared by both of them and then their untiring efforts of day and night with a strong visionary eye, they made this dream come true in the form of Optho Remedies and now, R’Keon Life Sciences. He has vast & varied experience in all functions of the company, started as a production chemist in 1982 and handled technical areas, quality management & other functions such as finance, sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and general administration. He played an instrumental & vital role in driving the dream and transforming a dream to an organization. He looks passionately at exploring more opportunities for expansion & growth at all stages of development. He is optimistic about the future of R’Keon Life Sciences & determined about achieving its goals.

He has expertise in areas ranging from business development to training & developing the sales team, along with managing marketing operations of 250+ employees. Under the aegis of Ridim Agarwal many new developments were incorporated, be it expansion of operations to many untouched regions of India, launch of novel and innovative formulations, establishment of separate SBUs, execution of many new theories of management in day to day operations, etc. A significant contribution was given towards corporate make over to the company (Optho Remedies), while maintaining its rank amongst top 10 in the Indian Ophthalmic pharmaceutical industry, Ridim is a scholar, learner, entrepreneur, orator and philanthropist. He is a dynamic personality, a skilled & successful leader with high emotional intelligence, finely honed communication skills and power of strategic thinking.
Ideated and conceived by the visionary leader, Late Shri R. K. Agarwal, whose mind and soul was dedicated to create a sustainable supply of quality health care medicines for the neighbourhood, led to establishment of an organization named Optho Remedies Pvt. Ltd, at Prayagraj (the then Allahabad) in 1973. Under his strong direction and leadership, Optho went on to become one of the pioneer companies in the industry of ophthalmology, providing quality eye care services at affordable rates reaching out to millions of patients all over India.
